I was "doing my own research," but perhaps not at the depth required to counter some of Mr. Stafford's challenges.  I wish to thank Mr. Stafford for his admonition.  Since our debate, I have been doing more in-depth research on the matters we discussed (and many others topics as well), and while I have not changed my position, I have learned how to defend it in a more cogent matter.
